      LOL!
Josh Sills is a day 3 dude that has starter potential. Love his versatility having played OLG, ORG, ORT.

Your thoughts on Larry Borom. I like him at OG early but he has OT movement skills. He is a nasty finisher.

Disappointed Myron Cunningham is going back to UAR.

Tillery's problem isn't his height. There have been plenty of tall interior DL in the past. Richard Seymour was close to 6'7". Height is a liability for those guys if they can't get low and in a good stance and then stay low through contact. That is actually one thing Tillery flashes a fair amount ability. Not all the time, but he does it a fair amount.

His issue is that he is pretty clueless reading the play. He just leaves a lot of plays on the field. There are plays he either should be able to read and he doesn't have a clue, or he wins his matchup and doesn't make the play. He either focuses on the wrong thing, or simply can't react to what he see's. VS KC, on their zone read stuff, he had the QB on the pitch and ran right past Henne to tackle the RB, who didn't have the ball. His assignment was the pitch man, so it was a horrible play. There have been plenty of plays he penetrates into the backfield and is either thinking he read a different play, or just doesn't react to the ball carrier, letting the RB or QB make a play.

Tillery flashed great ability in college because he can win man on man matchups. He still can. But it takes more than that to be a good DL. He is never going to be that guy who is the great playmaker who can make the big negative plays if he can't read the play while it happens. He can probably be a reasonably productive pass rush specialist, because of Bosa and some other guys, be a cog in the pass rush machine. But he doesn't seem to be developing any feel for being an every down player.

Jones is kinda the opposite of TIllery. He is a supremely physically talented guy, but he doesn't win that much. He makes some plays in pursuit. He makes the very rare win off of a technique. But mostly he is just in there and not really making a play or forcing a team to double him. A lot of zone teams won't run to a 3 tech side on outside zone (featured play of about 40% of NFL teams running games). Teams don't shy away from him when he is the 3 tech . If their OT can give the OG an arm worth of pushback, that OG can hook Jones most of the time, making it a lot harder on everyone else on D. And the OT has no trouble getting out on his guy, he isn't getting held up by Jones. He can run really well for a low center of balance guy, but he is almost better running then he is trying to attack an OL, which is not a good trait for a DT.

          3TECH is so important.
          Top 3 PON for me.
          Even now.

In other words, considering Too Tall Tillery was drafted in round 1, he appears to be a bust...

We have him for a couple of more years, at least - I'm wondering if a new defensive coaching staff will have more luck with him.

There's a few guys I'm not making hardline opinions on until we see more competent coaching, particularly schemewise.
Tillery I still have hope for, he has talent, he just looks dumb/lost out there. Resembles a guy who needs a tweak in his approach to make a huge improvement
based on my experience in my field (security) but obviously football might be much different
                P1. Block Destruction - Ogbonnia
                P2. Shocking Effort - Eboigbe
                P3. Ball Disruption - Ford
                P4. Obnoxious Communication - Henley

TT is a media darling though. Bosa, Derwin, Allen, Hunter, Ekes, King, now Herbert. Not to mention pro-bowl kickers we let go and our young WRs we picked up this year. TT's kryptonite is in the trenches where the big uglies hang out.

He needs to change up his scouting team or something.

I've only watched one of his games (Alabama). He's a huge guy... but I wonder if he can get down field. Maybe a guard... but he'll need to get in better shape to pull and get to the 2nd level. He whiffed on his block and ended up on the ground one play when his assignment was the LB. I'll have to watch more to really tell. I laughed my ass off the one play they put him wide at slot.

Oh no, Tillery’s exactly the kind of guy that blooms late and becomes a stud. He’s not terrible now, and situational awareness is usually just experience, assuming no vision problems or just bag of rock stupid. Did he publish his Wonderlic from the combine? Checking..oh, 31 yeaah baby! (Quick canvass, Herbert got 25, above average, oh poor Tui had a 15 ack!) Wonderlic’s sketchy but sufficient for “not retarded” anyway.

Honestly, Tillery type players are the ones who make your team just get better over time. Assuming no injury, knock on wood. Cautiously optimistic there.

Aside - this was my problem in college, hadn’t played enough football growing up.

REALLY aside - bought a pair of those big furry monster slippers, came home and kitty was like, “oh daddy I missed you so much WHAT THE F’K ARE THOSE!” Puffed up her tail then ran and hid lol, that night pounced on them and clawed them into submission. Now she loves them! Okay, that was off topic but she’s sprawled on them helping me post.

Cats are cool. I have a friend who has an eight-month old kitty and he tries to eat everything he see's so my friend locks him up in his bathroom most of the time. My question is will the kitty stop biting and eating everything it see's as it gets older? I have to ask since it breaks my heart when I hear the kitty meowing from the bathroom whenever I'm on the phone with my "friend".

If Saleh can help realize the potential of both Tillery and Jones maybe he would be a good HC for us.
