If Simmons is gone --- I am open for more business. Granted, Falcons at 16 might be a bit low - but if you could get a deal close to what Dmitroff paid for Julio - again if Simmons is gone.

Think of excellence...as excellent as it gets for our Chargers.

We’ve had visits with Thomas, Becton, Jones on the top end as well.
We are evaluating OTs that will be available day 1, 2, & 3 of the draft, QB, DL, CB, & LB are the same way.

I am open to many things but from what I have seen of the prospects possibly there at 6 - a player like Simmons would be the best to get. In a division with Mahomes and TEs like Kelce, Fant and Waller - his ability to not only get after the QB but cover TEs would be valuable. He would be a third play maker with James and Bosa. Thats why he is my preferred player at 6

But Okudahj - would really make the back four even better
Brown - can never have too much depth on the DL especially interior DT
OT - 'nuff said - who can't have enough OL

QB - if you nail QB you have a big part of your team

trade back - get more picks add more depth

I’d consider the trade down with Bucs/Falcons:

Top WR with mid round 1st
Hurts with 37
Near top OT with extra 2nd

Even if you swap the bottom two picks, that would be the minimum haul, likely a sweetener in the deal too. Three BIG needs, with elite to very good talent. I’m down.

I do not understand why everyone thinks Hurts is going high. Mid to late round 3 is his draft ceiling.
