IM not sure we will have a 3rd rounder. I could see us using that and the 2nd for Tua. But that early 3rd is where i expect to see a value WR. Maybe a guy that didnt time well. Like Shenault or Aiyuk.

I just think it's our offense that needs the most help. Last years outcome was largely due to an offense that simply could score enough point. We need 2 better WR's, a QB, OT, C, and assuming Gordon will move on, we'll need a RB

We have to start scoring more. We need to be able to outscore the Chiefs because they can't be stopped. For that reason, I'd go offense in the early rounds.

This!...... our offense has become the slowest and one of the lowest scoring in NFL....most teams even if starters are om slow side, they have backups with speed....but chargers backups at RB and WR are slower than our starters.......... .. we need a huge infusion of talent/speed at WR/TE/RB as well as a new talented mobile passing QB...... we need to rebuild the OL via FA....... we may not get the best line the way but at least we can get a solid/average OL that way and we need to have a like that does not give up a jailbreak every time we need to throw like Rivers experienced.......

I know speed is not everything but it is huge because if you have slow WR's, your OL must hold blocks much longer till WR's get separation especially with an immobile QB......if we look at chiefs, they are so fast at every position that all mahomes has to do is buy a second or 2 of extra time and he will have one or more receivers wide open for easy throws...... because they are not splitting defenders but running away from them to open areas where passes are either complete or incomplete but cannot be intercepted.....

He is slow and this TE class is weak but late round values.

He is only slow on the deep speed 40yd.
The underneath stuff, he shows the agility scores to do good work and move the chains.

If we try and fail to aquire Burrow or Tua, I think that all the remaining QB's are very iffy but there is ONLY one or those iffy QB's who has a possibility of becoming great in NFL and that was Love...... Hebert looks like a bullet pass throwing machine..... based on his 3 or 4 years of playing in oregon...... he did not pass ball well in bowl games..... but he is a very good runner.....
When im drafting a first round QB, I want a passer not a runner.....RB's I can get in any round..... Love has mobility and strong arm but he throws with touch...... i have rarely seen a touch pass from Hebert....... ive seen Love drop a perfect dime in between defenders in tight coverage.......and love can do it on move and in almost any position, kind of like mahomes.....

Unfortunately, if we dont draft Tua or burrow, we cannot drop down very far if we want to gamble on Love..... we might be forced to grab him at 6......especially if Hebert also goes in top 5........ Hebert lighting up the combine will create even more QB action in first round.....

Chargers, MIA, CIN, CAR, JAX, OAK, NE, NO, TB, INDY, TEN, and others are in market for a young talented QB,,,,, so trade up competition will likely be fierce...... and the winner may be a total suirprise..... NFL and media would love if Burrow somehow ended up in NE to take over for Brady.......

He definitely has the size, speed, skillset to be a mismatch. Playing at ND sure helps his chances of becoming a Bolt.

My thought is that if it's a chancy gamble on a QB the best gamble is on the one who has a chance to be great.

with the rise of the wr's i think shenault is an option in 2. also french,,j.jennings and j johnson much later on
