I'm not sure how the points system works for trades. Would swapping 1s, our 2 this year & our 1 next year, in theory, get it done?

I doubt it
everyone else has more picks to offer
this is just speculation on part but any package offered to Cincinnati would include a superstar player
maybe one that’s next to get paid???

All depends on the value cincy places on this #1, other teams offers, and how teams have their boards set up.

In 2016, the Rams traded their 2016 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounders and their 2017 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounders, to the Titan to move up from #15 to #1 in 2016.

I don't think he's re-signing with us so does it really matter what he wants? It's not going to happen, but if you are going to lose him next year & you can package him for Burrow you'd have to think about it. Certainly not with James, but swap 1s, our 2nd this year & Bosa?

A mock draft has us drafting Tua QB in First and TE in Second. If Chargers can Part with Rivers and Henry who still have gas in tank. They can certainly part with Bosa.

But think about how this looks to other Players. Yes Rivers is long in Tooth, HH has earned new contract, Bosa should be a Franchise Player.

Think about this, Chargers are willing to take a risk on New QB and TE and Possible get rid of best Defensive Player. Not sure but if I was a Charger player, I’d be looking to move to a team who does not shot them selves in both feet, After getting Kicked in the nuts.
