I can’t tell - I’m not sure yet that either of the last 2 (both rated higher than Hurts) will truly be top QBs.

Burrow is the deal, amazing accuracy in deep balls. although ... I’d rather have Lawrence all things equal. Kid just has that magic “IT” factor. Too bad NFL prohibits his matriculation for another year. Dobbins is a beast on wheels, hate to think of RB early in draft but he is special.

Simmons is a really good player, but LAC doesn’t need another strong safety. I agree with the hybrid assessments, and also agree he’d be great on a team that doesn’t already have Derwin. I don’t think he will stand up as well at LB in NFL, which is where the Bolts really need to strengthen. He’ll be a good player but i don’t see him as Chargers #1 pick. Build the trench if they don’t go QB1.

i’m sure you guys will come up with the right answer ... I’ll just keep reading.
Agree on Simmons. I'm going to agree with Steve and say he isn't a good fit for us.
Unless he is taking Philips spot, I'd pass.

I'm just rolling the dice on Mond late...nothing too exciting.

If people are unhappy about Rivers turnovers, that is nothing compared to what we’d get with Love. Just don’t understand the fascination of a guy who struggled in college in a bad conference like the MW.

TT has seen Jim Kelly, Peyton Manning, and Andrew Luck during his time in the NFL.

He knows either you have a SB QB or you do not.

I would be speechless and happy as a clam in shit,
if TT and Jon-Jon had the cebollitas to give it our best shot at getting Burrow, and if unsuccessful, giving it our best shot next year at Lawrence.

Not sure what the link to that tweet had to do with Taylor, but agree - you have a SB QB or you don’t.

We are at a fork in the road.
With Taylor only, we would have a particular strategy with our draft.

With Burrow, we would not have any draft picks, but cap relief, for mid priced UFAs.

Understand. The problem is that since nobody believes Taylor is the long term or even mid term solution at QB, if we let Rivers walk and spend our high draft picks and FA money on the line we’ll end up around a .500 team picking in the middle of next year’s first round. Who knows what QBs will be available at that point. Pull the bandaid and get the QB now. Of course, that means who after Burrows would we want since he will be long gone.

                  Not a Herbert fan.

Either roll the dice on Tua
                  or draft a clean prospect.

                  We would need depth,
                  quality position players,
to trade up for a QB
                  at a later date.

                  I wonder how much our
                  crisis marketing issues
                  will influence
                  our personnel decisions.

I like your suggestion of Brown then Hurts.

                      LAC are @ 6,
                      in real time.
                      If Jags beat Colts,
                      we draft at 6.

Burrow is playing so well I’m almost scared to believe he’s that good
like it has to be the system or Oline sprinkled with voodoo or something
wts I wouldn’t want to trade 3 first round picks for any prospect ever
No one player can compensate for that much lost, affordable talent
                          G-Ro knows.
