But it is time for action.

I have preached patience, but told myself,
either Lamp was to pan out in a big way in '19, or else it constitutes a FAIL @ Oline for TT period...let John Spanos throw darts for picks or something.
I think you mentioned Scherff...I would prefer to get a good free agent RT(If one is available...haven't done the FA research yet)...Okung and him the next two years to finish off River's career...but a healthy Lamp(fingers crossed) and Scherff? Use the money we won't be giving MG to help pay for him, and I'm sold. Tackle class is deep...even if we don't go there in the first, I think an instant upgrade can be found in the second...at RT anyway. If Pipkens pans out, you got your bookends going forward.
The TPB makes plans....And Jim Harbaugh laughs...

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

      Yep....Tua may not play though.
I'm more interested to see Burrow against Bama than Tua. But seeing both is good against those defenses.

I wouldn't argue with that...but I still hold out that Okung will hold up well another couple of years...and Pipkens seems promising to me. Let's see what the rest of the year brings. But definitely would like to see at least one tackle drafted in the first two rounds to develop along side Pipkens...future bookends.

Have to think Oklahoma is a good system offense. Hurts wasn't near this good at Bama and Mayfield has sucked this year. Murray has been OK.

We know the NFL is a huge step up but still. Think we are maybe seeing system QBs and why Hurts isn't high on my radar for us

I see our big problem as that Feeney and Lamp, two clean prospects have yielded little. We still have to try and squeeze something out of that,
without presuming anything. IOL is a big issue. I hope that Pouncey's neck can hold up.

The uncomfortable reality IMV is that we will keep Tevi. I want to rebuild the right side. Scott, Tevi, Schofield would be me departing players.

Scott has shown me bad habits that cannot be fixed. Tevi's pass pro is a deal breaker. Feeney has one foot out the door in my world.
We do not play modern football.

I know i have factored in all of that. lol We go through this every year. Baker has regressed behind a terrible OL. Murray will be fine in the system they run. Mahomes was supposedly a system QB as well coming out of that cursed conference for QBs.

I like Hurts and think he will do well. His work ethic is 2nd to none. He makes good reads and goes through his progressions. He isnt really being discussed as a 1st rounder yet. And thats why i like him. I like his potential value. I think if we stay where we are in the 1st which could be in the middle of the round he is not a bad pick for us. He can do what we need to do on offense. Run first and manage the passing game while making huge amounts of plays with his legs. He is someone im looking at as a value pick. I like him better than Baker by the way.

Im all for OL as well. But that most likely means Rivers is staying. If he retires and we run with Stick id be scratching my head if they sucked. This upcoming draft is sort of the big draft for QBs.

Im seeing a shift in the pros. The systems we claim are making these QBs successful in college are starting to show up now.

Just a big game in general. Im not looking at it through the lens of the Chargers.

                      These guys are going 1-2.
I smell a Duck for LAC.
If it smells like a Duck,
                      it's a Duck.

                        Burrow is going 1.

not sure about Tua or Jalen or Herbert after that.

I have no idea why people downgrade Tua.
                          He's accurate.
