We know the NFL is a huge step up but still. Think we are maybe seeing system QBs and why Hurts isn't high on my radar for us

Use the money we won't be giving MG to help pay for him, and I'm sold. Tackle class is deep...even if we don't go there in the first, I think an instant upgrade can be found in the second...at RT anyway. If Pipkens pans out, you got your bookends going forward.
without presuming anything. IOL is a big issue. I hope that Pouncey's neck can hold up.
The uncomfortable reality IMV is that we will keep Tevi. I want to rebuild the right side. Scott, Tevi, Schofield would be me departing players.
Scott has shown me bad habits that cannot be fixed. Tevi's pass pro is a deal breaker. Feeney has one foot out the door in my world. We do not play modern football.

I like Hurts and think he will do well. His work ethic is 2nd to none. He makes good reads and goes through his progressions. He isnt really being discussed as a 1st rounder yet. And thats why i like him. I like his potential value. I think if we stay where we are in the 1st which could be in the middle of the round he is not a bad pick for us. He can do what we need to do on offense. Run first and manage the passing game while making huge amounts of plays with his legs. He is someone im looking at as a value pick. I like him better than Baker by the way.
Im all for OL as well. But that most likely means Rivers is staying. If he retires and we run with Stick id be scratching my head if they sucked. This upcoming draft is sort of the big draft for QBs.
Im seeing a shift in the pros. The systems we claim are making these QBs successful in college are starting to show up now.
