Just reviewing Bellamy's bio, he looks like he's getting a tryout for the practice squad. Tall, thin, lacking strength, might develop as a reserve pass rusher or space defender.

He's put on some weight, probably all muscle.

I don't know if I am recalling this exactly correctly. But there was a play in which Bennett was the last man to beat when an opposing punt returner broke through the Bolts' punt coverage. The returner paused for a second to try and juke Bennett, and Bennett, with his 6-5 frame and long arms, reached out and knocked the ball out of the punt returner's grip, forcing a fumble. Does anybody else remember that play?

It was Rod Woodson from the Steelers at that time. He (Bennet) was saying in the post game interview (it was one of his first real game playing in the NFL) "This is great here they let us wear pads and everything" LOL I loved that guy. He was also the punter that brought to the NFL the backspin punt so that it would not role into the endzone. He was also the one that taught that to Mike Scifres.
