And I mean by that he went through the offseason, saw his roster and will have to be honest with himself that they need better players and depth at key positions

I really like your takes on stuff. But I just don't get the TT would have to admit he made a mistake one. If he were that much of an egomaniac, he would have been fired a long time ago. He would not have cut Feeney, Lamp, Watt, Tourek. He would not have let Melvin Gordon walk. We might still have Lynn or McCoy as head coach. I get that all of us are sick of having a crummy OL and he has presided over that, but I don't think he would scuttle the team just to soothe his ego.

Very fair and good call out for my BS take/ . I guess my glass is pretty empty and I shouldn't be so negative. You give good examples of where Telesco showed he is willing to move on from players, coaches, etc

So yes, I should be more patient and not just assume the worst - as you are right -- Telesco is going to want to win and he wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't try to improve the roster these next few days. Just have to see what players are released from other teams, see if any teams have players open to trade and wait to see what actually transpires..

I really don't care about his outfits, his hats, -I think that "narrative' is overblown and the garbage from Zolak - just nonsense

But, I wonder if he is the right fit as back up QB for the Chargers - - for the offense, not sure he is. He probably made more sense last year with Anthony Lynn
Not to say I am opposed to upgrading the backup QB position if possible.
