Agree about the opponent but not the help. sure he got help on some plays. But he was exposed alone on a LOT of plays and stoned the defender(s) cold. The dude has taken so much shit here for so long - give props where earned. He EARNED props tharrr.

that said, I’ve got him penciled in as my backup LT and still unable to make the switch to RT … until proven otherwise. He’s not starting for me this year or next

Agree, he has earned all the crap that we have given him, but he also earned the props for a good game. Credit where credit is due. This does not mean we are getting him ready for Canton though. If he continues in this trajectory he could definitely salvage his NFL career. As long as he is a Bolt I will root for him.

We have the cap space this upcoming season to resign everyone that we want to keep as well as sign some big names. If we somehow win it all this year, we can definitely go all in next year as well.

Steelers at one point this offseason were very well set up for cap in 2022. But they made some moves this year that pushed $$ to the cap next year. Melvin Ingram is one example for sure but a few others.

As for the Chargers - they have more than enough to not only bring back key free agents of their own but also sign a few targeted players from other teams (Its Christmas, I am still going to dream about DA17 changing from yellow/green to yellow/powder blue!)
