Today’s game is reminiscent of last year’s Houston game….
I get the Chargers have key injuries to critical players, but Staley & staff are clearly getting out coached and the team lacks intensity.
I don’t think this is an overstatement: Staley’s star and reputation is certainly falling….

No playoffs this season its time to bring in a HC that has experience at winning and PO's! The Chargers are right up against the wall being 1-2 IF they don't turn things around now and this next game the season is over.
When a good HC is hired they do what the Jags coach do. The Jags were the worst team in the NFL last season... They hired Doug and he turns it around there.
We hire Staley and we are 2 years in and getting worse.

and one assembled with very little experience at the coordinator and head coaching position.
Staley/Lombo/Hill have collectively less than 4 years at their current positions.
Staley was a coordinator for only 1 year.
Its like the inexperience on the Oline they insisted on trotting out there under Lynn.

Losing to the Jags was bad enough. Game planning that lame O with Lombo was also pretty bad. But, especially, for playing an injured Herbie in garbage time and exposing him to more big hits, and risking further injury I say...ahem...
FIRE
STALEY
NOW!!!
