Not too much for two #1 WR !
    Who needs J. Jones ?
For 2021 I agree, but Julio is under contract for 2022 at $15.5 mil/yr & 2023 at a relatively reasonable $11 mil/yr. MW is playing 2021 under a 1 year option contract. Julio would be a luxury in 2021 but a realistic need in 2022 & 2023 (presuming MW walks).

Julio maybe has two years left of good play. And he’s definitely not playing on that reasonable contract.

MW is such a frustrating player to evaluate. Guy has the physical abilities and work ethic to be one of the premiere WR in the league. We’re talking prime Mike Evans, Hopkins, etc. But he just can’t stay healthy except for in 2018. I’m not sure why exactly. Is it genetics, the way he aggressively plays, works out? But as it is now he flashes VIncent Jackson ability with Malcolm Floyd glass frailty. The only difference is that he was 7th overall instead of a 2nd rounder or UDFA so it hurts more when he hasn’t lived up to his full potential.

Agree, I think it's the way he plays and lays out his body while he hits the ground hard often.

Maybe he needs to see how Hopkins does it since they have similar play styles with those crazy 50/50 catches. And Nuke stays healthy.

              Julio's salary 15mil only in 2021
              2022 and 2023 are at 11 mill

Trade MW for Julio and a mid round pick next year.

That's one way to guarantee Mike Williams has a breakout, healthy season while Julio replaces him on questionable list. :Beerbong:

The whole reason Julio Jones is on the trading block is because they do not have enough cap room to sign their draft picks. They will not trade him even up on salary.

This. Just watch him soar for a pass and hit the ground like a heavy truck. Its not that complicated, dude goes beyond all out and pays for it.

You really don't think they will trade him?

Oh they will trade him for sure (him being Julio Jones) but it will be for picks and maybe a player on the cheap. Not a swap of salaries, they would be back in the same boat they are in now.
