The Raiders will be dangerous but I agree that Carr will ultimately be the limiting factor on that team.

My gut feeling is that the Chiefs and Broncos will fight it out for #1 and #2 with both teams making the playoffs. Raiders and Chargers round out the division in some fashion. But I think even the last place team in the division wins 7 or 8 games.

I see the Chiefs finishing dead last and the Donkeys & Raiders battling it out for second place.

And whoever wins the West takes the Lombardi. :beer:

Is there another superstar, rare talent player this is a total miscreant and creep off the field in this draft? If so, Reid can draft him in the third round. I was watching Steven A yelling like he always does about what a game changer Hill is and that the Chiefs went to 4 straight AFC championships with him. Then Orlavsky calmly pointed out that, correct, 4 AFC championships and only one SB win. So Stephen A started yelling again about the KC defense and OL being bad. And Orlavsky calmly said, you are making my point. Cannot pay superstar money to the QB and superstar money to the WR and improve the bad defense and OL at the same time. And Hill knows his game is all physical which diminishes and his ability to stay out of trouble and show self control is limited. So Hill was all about money and this contract. Don’t like him or what he does to women and kids but he did the right business thing.

Chiefs did what they had to do. Now Reid has to work more magic.

I generally feel Steven A. has pretty good takes on things. Nobody is perfect, but I think he is pretty decent compared to a lot of other pundit/commentators. Dan Orlovsky is another matter. I don't understand why anybody would employ him to comment on the NFL. His takes are bizarre and not connected to reality. His anti-Herbert diatribes are comical. Orlovsky once ran out of the back of his own end zone when he was trying to make a play while quarterbacking the Lions, resulting in a safety. One of the most embarrassing moments in football history. Why would anybody trust his judgment on anything.
