This is inspiring. "I'm a naturalist." After he demonstrates his workouts, he sits down for a long interview and explains how he is so fit at 70 years old.

          Today's Irish lesson:

          Whale Oil Beef Hooked

Say it really fast and you'll be sounding just like an Irishman.

My buddy has a 1950s Harley Davidson with a side-car. One of two in existence.

Great bikes. The harleys with sidecars are too touring for my style. I need to get on trails and also rip turns on the street. Vintage Indiants with sidecars are awesome as well.

There are over 1100 motorcycles on display from old wooden steam powered to the just built. Tons of vintage Indian bikes and such.

The Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, in Birmingham, Alabama, is home to the world's largest motorcycle collection.
Was just in Birmingham a few weeks ago for a soccer tournament. Didn't have time to do much else, though.

Ha. I had a Torker 280. Loved that thing. Built it up piece by piece back in the day.

Such great frames. All time favorite was a 70s FMF.

I have really come to love it here in Birmingham. AL is such a neat state as well.
