Oh and that stupid up tempo bullshit, it’s applied randomly across the board without situational awareness…going up tempo is good but should be used selectively in certain situations.

I don't think Payton Manning was doing that in year 3 and don't think Rivers was either so needless to say I don't agree with your rant.
If Herbert was completely comfortable and mastered this system in year 2 of it, we wouldn't still have Daniel on the roster as another coach in his ear.

Both OC and DC should be on the hot seat based on poor performance. If Staley survives, he will be pressured to make changes. If not, it will be a complete coaching reload.
