We were last on defense with them. Last on third downs. Don't know where we are now on 3rd downs but we are a lot better in that department.

All except Bosa weren’t lost. More let go and replaced with players Staley wanted more.

Once Staley didn't get his first choice of OC, he should have kept the OC, QB coach...

Oh and that stupid up tempo bullshit, it’s applied randomly across the board without situational awareness…going up tempo is good but should be used selectively in certain situations.
I don't think Payton Manning was doing that in year 3 and don't think Rivers was either so needless to say I don't agree with your rant.
If Herbert was completely comfortable and mastered this system in year 2 of it, we wouldn't still have Daniel on the roster as another coach in his ear.

Stalry IS the defacto DC, so saying that the DC is going to be fired is basically saying that he’ll be forced to hire an actual DC going forward or lose his job, one or the other…

Or, the Bolts could let Renaldo Hill be the fall guy...

Of course, and that will never change. This coaching staff needs to be gutted wholesale.

He's a diamond in the rough. I can see him being another Kevin O'Connell as a head coach.

The "problem with Joe Lombardi's playcalling" is NOT Joe Lombardi's playcalling.

                          It is ...
                          1. Personnel.
                          ---RB#2 (Joshua Kelley/Draft pick)
                          ---TE (Everett/Parham/Draft pick)
                          ---IOL (Zion/OLG/Draft pick)
                          ---WR#3 (KA contract/Guyton/Draft pick)
                          2. Job performance
                          ---See above.
                          3. Health--depth

                          Also, do NOT fire Telesco.
He is in the middle of navigating our depth, player development, and cap, at a crucial juncture of this franchise. TT, John S., and Ed McGuire must work together.

                          Same goes for Staley.

I say this without reservation, and based upon football substance. It sure as F is not to gain popularity around here. So let's see how this all plays out.
We do not play modern football.
