I think he’ll be fine (says me, who admittedly didn’t even stay at a Holiday Inn last night). But the fact that he was still able to throw that dart to Carter is a good sign. I’m more worried about Linsley TBH

I've torn the cartilage between ribs, and it's excruciating to cough or sneeze, much less to get tackled by a professional football player.

IMO, though, the injury isn't any worse than torn cartilage, and *could* just be bruised ribs. Either way, he'll be fine, in time.

Looked like cracked ribs to me. I had that once and it’s terrible. Sometimes every breath hurts, it’s hard to sleep and there’s nothing you can do. No cast etc.

for Herbert, he can wear a flack jacket and they can inject him for the pain but it will definitely inhibit him and he will be very cognizant of getting hit

Or they're getting more confirmatory imaging to better characterize the injury.
