Pretty sure Bijan’s rookie deal will be cheaper.

I hope there's no truth to the story. I'd rather see them spend those $ on our own - KVN, Callahan.

I'd rather draft a RB. Elliott is in steep decline.

Remember when the Chargers got Duane Thomas? Disaster

Don't want to see the Bolts sign another Sony Walkman...

They got Mike Williams in the 1975 NFL draft by trading Thomas to Washington.

Read the original Bleacher Report and there is nothing more there than “hey, i got an idea, Zeke should consider following Moore ;;;”

Maybe they are talking to him, idunno. These articles just don’t have reporting that they are.
Yeah, you right. The writer of the original article says maybe it makes sense. The writers of the subsequent pieces report that as "projected." It is lazy reporting and it's how baseless rumors get started.

I have mixed feelings about Elliot. He would be a veteran presence in the RB room. He's only going to be 28, he probably isn't completely done. And he can still score the rock. If Bijan is out of reach, Elliot might be the better alternative and they can use the Day 1-2 picks on other needs and take a flyer on a late RB or bring in a bunch of UDFA RBs.

It will take trading the Chargers' 1st and 2nd round picks to get Bijan won't it?

Duane Thomas turned out to have a good post football life. Intelligent guy ..... ended up marrying a lymphologist.
Became an actor, radio host, avocado farmer: he marched to his own drummer.

                      So is Joshua Kelley... 4.2 > 3.8
And the cost...? $4.5 million > $1 million
The math alone calls this situation into question.

I'd forgotten but now that you mention him - I can see him standing alone in the endzone while the rest of the team are loosening up.

This sums up my realization of NFL running backs. And one of the biggest reasons I want nothing to do with a RB in the 1st round.
