What they did do is manipulate the contracts to get under the cap. All was allowed and is now standard

If you have evidence in the form of articles etc. Please list them. Otherwise you are just ranting and spreading false rumors.
The way Carmen Policy did this has been laid out time and time again in various articles siting exact players and how
it was done. Which is now as I stated standard procedure.
