Oh, that doesn't fit your narrative.
    Injuries are a bitch.
And they do slow down Oline development.
ATL overdrafted overhyped Chris Lindstrom. Kaleb McGary is a liability in pass protection (just like I said he would be). Never spend high draft picks on interior linemen (Billy Price says hi). OT's are the only OL worthy of 1st round picks... passers, pass rushers, pass blockers... watch the tape, trust what you see, the Underwear Olympics award no real medals (Orlando Brown Jr. says hi)

What's the point in drafting a rookie QB when you can't protect him? Draft OT first (2020) then get your future QB (2021). I don't think you could get alot for Ingram right now. 1 more year on his contract, draft another pass rusher this year or next... This year's pass rushing class looks lack-luster, however.

        A) No one believes what AL says anymore
        B) Putting Okung out on the field is borderline unethical

Russell, stay away from the light... enjoy the fruits of your labor young man.
Chargers' fans... time to move on... let him go.

How is it that drafting an OT in the 1st round is impossible...? Teams do it all of the time. The time is now... We'll have a high draft pick with quality options available. Pat Meyer is not a miracle worker and waiting to be the last one to leave the party is for suckers.

The Los Angeles Chargers received good news Thursday when Russell Okung announced his return to football. Okung said in a statement he will return "as early as Week 7" after recovering from a pulmonary embolism: Per Okung's agent, J...

I do hope he's off the blood thinners that are usually prescribed for PE. As someone that is on anti-platelet meds, little nicks are more than just annoyances, and bruising can be a concern, but internal bleeding can be an emergency...and I'm not fending off 280lb defensive ends.

Because the rookie QB won't be playing anyways so they can still get OL. We will need a QB in 2020 or 2021 so if we are picking top 10 as opposed to 26th or 27th,...whatever, that's when they should do it.
Telesco can get OL, it's just a matter of him wanting to whether it be from the draft or free agency.

They can get something for Ingram. I'm betting either a first or for sure a 2nd. And they can get it this season and I'd try if we lose on Sunday.

Once Okung is ready to play the question becomes how the Front Office/Coaching Staff shuffles the OL starting lineup.

While it’s obvious Russell will man the OLT spot, it’s just as obvious Trent Scott - who has played pretty well this year - should replace Tevi at ORT.

                        Curious to see what transpires....

We haven't seen Scott at RT. It's an interesting possibility.
