Because they understand cause and effect. The Chiefs are undefeated because of their defense and ST. Mahomes leads the league in interceptions with 8 to go along with his 6 TD passes - I can't fathom the reaction from a few here if Herbert had those numbers.

Ladd is a fast, sure handed receiver. His durability is the big question mark.

I love the kid, especially how hard he plays. I worry about his size (or lack there of) and if his body can take NFL level punishment or not.
If he stays healthy, he's going to be be seriously legit for us.
