JH should only be compared to his contemporaries, and even then, in only wins and losses.
Any schmuck can throw for lots of yards( the all time passing yardage list is littered with bad QB's) Ultimately, and rightly so, JH will be judged on winning.
Its a team game.Wins are the responsibilities of all the players and coaches.

I saw a clip form the hater Scott Kaplan and crew show and Scott said his son told him that he he hates that chargers but that Justin Herbert is his favorite player in the NFL .

I heard bolt fans were the clear majority Thursday and that’s the first time against the chiefs it’s been that way in awhile. I still think we may be a year away but with another good draft and some smart free agent signings with the huge amount of free salary cap space we are projected to have our super bowl window better be firmly open beginning next year. SoFi is going to have more and more Charger fans as Herbert’s career goes on.

Looked like KC fans were the slight majority through my eyeball test
I think there is more pressure on our guys at home 50/50
            than in KC at 95/5

Can't wait to see em for the rubber match.

Brady's off night tonight and being shut out puts a bit of a damper on his MVP consideration. Although it's hard to see the QB from a wildcard team beat out the QB from a wildcard team, Herbert is right on Brady's tail as the league stats leader in key passing categories. Brady leads the NFL, and has 290 yds more passing than current No. 2 Herbert, 4348-4058. Brady leads the league in TD passes with 36. Matthew Stafford is 2nd with 33. Herbert is 3rd with 32. Brady has thrown 11 INTs, Herbert 12. Stafford has 9.

Herbert leads Mahomes in total yards, TD passes, completion percentage, passer rating, yards per attempt, but not by much. Mahomes has one more INT than Herbert (thank you Uchenna).ge

Rodgers is down the list in passing yardage, but is close to Herbert in TD passes with 30. He also leads Herbert in completion percentage, .678 to .664, and only has 4 INTs for a passer rating of 110.4, which leads the league among full time starting QBs. Herbert's rating is 99.1.

If Herbert plays lights out the final three games and surpasses Brady in yards and/or TD passes, and the Chargers win all three games, I suppose Herbert could be a serious MVP contender.

If we had even a middling defense the Chargers would have already secured a playoff birth due to the play of Herbert!

Scott Kaplan has an amazing ability to make any and all interviews about himself. He could be interviewing Garth Brooks, the President, or Pete Rose. He would start off with a question for them, then going forward the segment would be all about him and what he did or didn't do.

He is an ass on many different levels.

                      Great breakdown by Kurt Warner
He's a Herbert fan but keeps it real with some of JHs bad habits and decisions from Thursdays game.

I find it hilarious that Kaplan's son's favorite player is Herbert
imagine growing up in that house with that demented narcissist as your father and having to pretend to hate the Chargers.
