Does anyone know which first round prospects with whom the Chargers have met?
Jaycee Horn, Micah Parsons, & who else?
Chargers with Telesco as GM have only drafted one player with their first pick without a meeting.
The 2nd round & later generally no....except with the Division II players.

Penei @#13 ?
Sure. Why not ?
PFF just gave me an A+ on that.
Hey, he was there.
I've gotta take a look at Brandon Stephens.
imp:
Stephens is a former RB (UCLA) turned PCB (SMU). Big, fast, really athletic, and has 20+ PBUs in his only 2 seasons playing CB. Needs a lot of coaching with technique/fundamentals but I think he offers complete DB (PCB, NCB, DS, STAR) flexibility with his size, athletic profile, and upside while giving ST value early. He’ll probably go round 4/5 but since no one is talking about him I slide him in late.

Edit: I liked the Tranquil pick much more.

Waddle is an upgrade at WR/KR.
It is not always about PON.
So while Waddle is an upgrade, we already have a good set of WRs for the moment and the cost of taking Waddle means that absent acquiring additional picks or signing a free agent (Sherman, Hooker, etc.), we are needing to get starters at all three positions with a second round pick and two third round picks. We also need additional DL and OLB depth and could benefit from selecting an additional OG.
I think Parsons and Pitts are worth that kind of risk, but I am not sure that Waddle is, though I think he is a good WR.

I don't have a problem with Fluker but he has long arms and I use him as an example of having long arms isn't the #1 thing to being a good OT while others with shorter arms have done well.
The player needs to be a good OL player, obviously, but also should, in most cases, have 34+" arms. Again, the list of top OT players is littered with guys that have 34+" arms. It is one thing matters, but not anywhere close to being the only thing that matters.
