Here is the career game for Chandler Jones v. Jamaree Salyer at LT for the folks who clearly missed it. Watch Jones leverage Jammy with his length. Shorter arms kick inside to guard. Word to the wise, while you're free to, debating this doesn't make Jammy's arms any longer either.
You need to get your eyes examined. Salyer didn't lose any of those plays because of his arm length. Sayler set too deeply and didn't even try to engage Jones with the arm length he had. To take advantage of long arms, you have to use them. His placement was dreadful, and he was just generally too high so that had he landed a well-placed blow, he had no leverage to knock Jones off his rush..

          current first round cluster:

          Bijan
          Kincaid
          O'Cyrus
          Branch
          Siaki Ika

WR * unlike last year, think there'll be plenty of 'em on the board, just don't think they are all that this year, and per usual the position carries a bit more risk than most others
OT * outside of Skoronski, don't get the sense that there are any solids in the bunch, and like to mitigate uncertainty and extrapolation w/a round one selection
DT * really like Bresee, but just not sure he is on solid ground quite yet after what he's been through the last coupla few years
LB * much prefer waiting on Sewell day two, as not sold on any of the LBs as all world quality 'backers
CB * we have Davis and Asante, and am hoping for the return of Callahan, and as don't see the value w/anyone aside from Branch, who is a solid

don't reach, don't bust, don't trade up.... no Golden Domers, no injury concerns, no drafting for need
5/11 Fuaga, 37 Kamari Lassiter, 40 Sinnott, 67 Bralen Trice, 69 Cedric Gray, 105 Jaylen Wright, 110 Braelon Allen, 140 Joe Milton, 181 Khristian Boyd, Tylan Grable, 225 Daijun Edwards, 253 Miyan Williams

if I'm a betting man.... think it likely Bijan goes to Philly, Branch to the Texans, O'Cyrus to WashDC, and.... will volunteer the guess that the Pack opts for Mayer over Kincaid ??

that leaves Kincaid or Siaki Ika.... offense or defense ?? which player is of greater benefit to Moore ?? to Staley ?? to the Chargers ??

which player adds more to the win column ?? which player gets us closer to a SB (win) ?? !!

Time to restructure cap & move on from the era of Bosa.

                Keion White, Edge, Georgia Tech
Reported 6-5 280 by some, others 6-4 290 need combine to confirm well as his sub 4.7 forty. Just test through the roof and plays with a high motor.

He also overpaid for fieler and drafted jaimes early in the fifth round while trey smith was still on the board, then he passed on trey smith twice again in the sixth round in exchange for drafting nick nieman and larry rountree…I was screaming at the TV! BTW, trey smith is the STARTING right guard on a superbowl roster this week…

Agreed, the starting line up is set with slater, saluer, linsley, johnson, and pipkins…they just need to re-sign him and then draft O-line depth in round 2 or 3, then more O-line depth in rounds 5 or 6…I think after resigning pipkins the team will still need to invest in two O-linemen one in day 2 and one in day 3…

Trey Smith had blot clot issues. He was off of many draft boards.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Pipkins is UFA. With our current cap situation there is no guarantee we'll be able to sign him. We definitely should draft for the Oline.
The question is what round? Are we going for a starter or depth? That heavily depends on what happens with Feiler and Pipkins.
Perhaps we'll know more in the March time frame when we need to get under the cap.
