Very good news. Kind of like TE last year was a pretty deep position

I know the big names are JPJ, Frazier and the GA Center - but if up to 10 players, could be a solid day 3 selection out there for Hortiz to find. Linsley was Round 5 if I recall with the Packers. Options can abounmd

Just need to get a couple more picks in that Round 2-5 range. Granted the MN trade idea works as thats another FRP. My hopes were 6 picks after R4 and 8 after R5 - right now those numbers are 5 and 6 - so a couple more picks please . At least

Certainly the Cardinals must know this. IMO, all this sloppy chitter-chatter is just a reminder for them. Liars Month is just chumming the waters and eye-winking sport. GM's are doing it for shits-and-giggles. Writers are getting their click-bait.

      #4 MHJ
      #6 Nabers
And Odunze @#8, 9, or 10... the Cards are screwed.
I dont care what the Giants say....they are going to get a QB. Going to try anyways. They arent sticking with Daniel Jones. They have had all the QB in for a visit. Most of them anyways, even Penix.

truth be told, just because you're the best receiver, doesn't mean you're the best receiver for the Chargers to draft.

dude can't keep his chit under the hood.... he just spells distraction after distraction.... def not the Spanos way, and doubtful that ol' Jim would relish that neither ??

personally would pick Odunze outta the three, as just like Keenan went to Chitown and as it was his prerogative, Marvin opted out of the Combine, and of which was his prerogative as well, and....

am going w/the guy who went Marshall Faulk on things, showed up @the 'Bine, and let it be known he is here to compete.... just seems a whole lot more reliable than the other two guys, and....

don't think you can unequivocally say that the other two are gonna absolutely be better than him ?? and of course, they could be, and.... personally would hedge my bets w/Odunze, as fairly certain he's got the requisite talent and is gonna be a hellah good wideout in the League.... buyers beware,
the video post of him checking out property somewhere up in Hollywood Hills was kind of weird hanging out there unexplained. I'm not worried about his distraction factor since I do not know a single thing about him and have never met him. That could simply have been his intense desire to be a Charger after visiting the staff, facility, reading up on Herbert. etc. For all I know and he just had a lot of time to kill before taking a plane back home and drove up the hills to check it out and liked the vibe above LA. premature to form hard opinions about that.

Staff met with him at length, they'll measure who he is as a man. His football tape looks very very good to me, he is excellent and has a skillset nowhere found on our roster. I'll leave it to people that have actually spoken with him and not read into psychiatric experts trying to analyze the meaning of social media posts.

Kristian Fulton is nice competition for Ja'Sir and/or Leonard. But the 30th pass defense could still use a CB that could press cover when needed. Turns out Kool-Aid wasn't slow... even with a fracture on his pinky toe. He is the best man-cover that has inexplicably found ill-favor amongst sports writers. Let's see if the actual GM's are as hesitant.

Minter loves to send his LB's after the QB. Patty MaHommes hates getting hit... and can turn the ball over when it happens (see Raiders and Broncos games v the Chiefs). Edgerrin Cooper plays everywhere, too. With Henly and Cooper lining up all over... and Derwin sneaking up... there will be a lot less time for Patty and Travis to implement playground run arounds. It's Patty Pinata Time... and Nutty LOVES the #23 spot!
After looking harder, i dont think Cooper is going round 1. If he does it might be to Ravens but i think they might go OT as well. The dont have a hole at ILB now. They will move Trent Simpson in there to start. They signed Van Noy for 2 years but is he going to be their starter? Nope.....could draft a Edge rusher as well or a CB if Kool Aid is there.

The Patriots could take him but after they get a QB they need a WR. I think Cooper could be there at 37.

Maybe they pull a surprise and trade up with the Patriots to get in that top 4. Unless Penix moves into that top range where he could be a top 6 pick

A quick look at these guys in terms of why they fell? Small? Hill and AB are the best and are 5-10. Probably ran slow 40 times too? AB and Pacua are 4.57 guys. Small school sammy like AB? Or the scouting is they're simply slot guys like a Stephon Diggs?

The most common denominator for these guys are they developed under a good offense and good QB.
Hill fell because he beat up his pregnant girl friend and perhaps his being on the small side.
Andy Reid: "no problem, we'll just get you first rate counseling services."

Stephon Diggs also had characters concerns: "immature tendencies' - as Dane Brugler put it.

I don't know why people are making a big deal about him checking out property in LA. It makes since because he was here for a visit with the Chargers. If I were and was here for a visit and could be the #5 pick I would be checking out the property as well. I'm sure he probably did that when he went to Arizona. It's not a big deal, IMHO.

so that's the moral of your story.... I'm a psychiatric expert trying to analyze the meaning of social media posts ??

you empirical hard hats become a bit of a bore after awhile..... there is an ethereal/intuitive world out there.

go for a visit sometime.... you just might like it.

Was Burton the car-racing, maybe-killing-someone, gun toting, weed smoking, DUI-drivng kid? I forget which is which. Oh I remember - it was just some ol 3rd degree vandalism/damage mischief and weed. yeah, he's also the one that sucker punched some chick TEN fan in the face on the field after a game, but whatchagonnado eh.

He's quite good. sounds like a solid KC prospect to me.

And its my understanding that Andy Reid and KC have excellent anger management counselors.

Why would the Pats do that? They need a QB too. Maybe the Giants want 4 or 5 and waiting what Minnesota does. Moving up one spot seems silly but not when they know Denver and LV need a QB too. Id be a little shocked it we stayed at 5 but 11 is probably the furthest we move to. We may only go down one spot which should net us id guess another 3rd.

When do the Chargers go for a center?

One of their two 4rth rounders, or with their 5th round pick?

Telesco will miss out on all 10 of them, again.

As with this time of year, lot of rumors and I saw where Pats might trade back. If you don't like the QBs - don't take one to take one.

I would be okay moving down one spot for a 3rd rounder actually. 11 is the lowest I want to go and even that means missing out on the 3 WRs and Bowers -- so getting a 3rd for one spot would be ideal
