That Oklahoma qb sure is fun to watch. Arizona should grab him - and send Rosen off somewhere.
Im assuming Foles? My comparison to Jones is probably Matt Ryan. Very similar. Jones wasnt surrounded by a lot of talent. He wasnt real accurate but was sacked often. Always under duress and like i said didnt have the skill guys.

I dont necessarily dock him for that stuff. He has the intangibles and QBs in the back of round 1 throughout round 2 need a little work. He will go from Cutcliffe to Rivers. Great coaching. But at his size to run a 4.6 is pretty cool. Moves like a TE. He will be able to do good things with his legs and good players around him..

For all we know the Cards are just trying to generate interest for Murray. I guess we will find out soon.

think the compare on Jones was Tannehill 2.0

will be (very) surprised if he turns out the better prospect than Dwayne, and in near shock re: Matty Ice.

The only fault i see with Haskins is his tendancy to fade from pressure, but that is common with college qbs. He goes though his reads quickly, does not get tunnel vision and most of all he is extremely accurate. If the drafting team can redshirt him a year i think he will benefit tremendously and has a very high ceiling. Jist my .02

I didn't see Tannehill in college. I do know that he was a converted receiver; so he was very, very raw coming into the NFL. I don't see that in Jones.
Tanehill isn't a bust, but i wouldn't want to draft him in the 1rst round.

What I think right now is if a guy who can play right away at RT is available at 28, you got to take him.
                DT and S at 2nd and 3rd.
Is it possible to have a good prospect at LB in the 4th?
                If not, go to FA!

I like the kid from Oklahoma. Not many are talking about him here. Will he be gone by 28?

FWIW We are in the market for inside pressure. Pure 1TECHs need not apply. Late round developmental OTs. TEs.

With regard to FSs do NOT forget about instincts and sound tackling. Athleticism and physicality without tackling is only a faster version of Addae.
We do not play modern football.

Are you talking OT? Cody, if you like him at RT, (and I do) may very well be there at 28...hard to tell. If you are talking about Bobby Evans, I see him lasting till the third, though probably before we pick in the third.

I am not big on Abram for our needs. Think he is much better in the box than in coverage.
