I’m going to call Gibson just a WEAPON!
10-15 carries from traditional RB position and from the WRS on jetsweeps/counters/reverses.
5-10 targets in the pass game.
KR/PR as well for additional touches.

Will be a perfect compliment to AE & JJacks. We could have all 3 on the field aseither RBs or WRs. Lots of differing personnel attack packages.

My Debo comp is Joe Reed. Reed still has more work to do on his route stems/tree.
Reed also has value in the run game from the WRS position.
    My 2021 Adopt-A-Bolt List

      Deebo is a former RB.
Gibson is built like Deebo and Joe Reed.
I cannot wait for the SB
and the sophisticated SF offensive play designs,
      blocking schemes you describe.
I predict SF W by two scores.
      Something like 41-31.
And I cannot wait for LAC to be
      more dynamic in 2020.
We do not play modern football.

I can't wait to see Steichen's version of Norv's offense. Imagine if we pick up one of the talented WRs in this draft. Get ourselves a deep threat, a real one this time not a imitation like Travis Benjamin ended up being.

Wont help without some semblance of an o line to give em time to get open.

            RB in the NFL @ 6’ 223#.
Obviously his receiving skills are excellent and will be HUGE mismatches vs LBs.
Memphis website has him at 6' 2" 220#

Isn't that a bit tall for an RB?

Derrick Henry is 6ft 4 and lead the league in rushing.

Yes that is 14 TDs on 77 touches!

                Receiving & Rushing
                Memphis American JR WR 5 6 99 16.5 2 0 0 0 6 99 16.5 2

                .

Gibson is going to be a WEAPON at RB with his speed, contact balance, vision, size, and amazing receiving skills.

Couple guys in this draft with some shades of Randall Cobb. And prime Cobb is exactly what this team could use. At least with Rivers under center.

If a WR gets a Hines Ward comparison he better be the best blocking WR in the draft. lol DD doesnt shy away but Ward was a monster. I also dont think Ward was close to being able to take the top off a D like Duvernay.

Rb who are tall tend to run upright and take a lot of hits to the torso and wear down over the course of their careers.

These days, no one considers how long you have a RB. They are disposable, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I like the fact that he often leads the play as a blocker. He is not a devastating blocker, but he is fairly efficient and willing. He is sort of a smallish Hback who is a lot more athletic than a lot of TE, who can block, run and catch. He is bigger and a better runner after the catch that most WR. And he is a lot better in space than most RB. He does need a lot of work on expanding his passing tree (routes). Memphis doesn't ask him to do many, so he will need work on some of those.

I think we have the ideal slot WR in Ekeler, but this is a good draft to look at add a WR, since some good players will probably really fall.

Another case of the incredible shrinking man, lol...gotta love that shit this time of year. Memphis can't user a measuring tape?

Of course, I like him better at 6' for a RB
The TPB makes plans....And Jim Harbaugh laughs...

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

I fully expect the NFL to continue it’s trend to support scoring by helping offenses with rule changes/points of emphasis.
the priority is to avoid drive killers like holding penalties and fumbles (and injuries)
I don’t know if this has been shown to help, but it makes sense to me to have weapons that are better at maximizing getting yards given and avoid fighting for the extra two yards.
the risk/reward ratio favors smaller fast guys who can get their yards with angles vs power.
not very exciting I know but I’d rather lead the league in turnovers differential than yards after contract
                          G-Ro knows.
