The Problem is its the head coaches job to have the players play their best football at this level, if he can't do that which he has admitted so far this season he hasn't been able to do then he isn't the right man for the job, therefore IF the players get it together and the Chargers make the playoffs this season then he's the right man for the job. Its as simple as 1 + 1 = 2. There will be no middle ground at seasons end this year. This is ALL on Brandon and they spent the money this off-season. Couldn’t give a fuck about a Wild Card at this point.

and look at the players lost: Bosa, Slater, the WR, the DTs - who have replaced them - all practice squad players. Has hte guy who replaced Bosa even made a tackle.
