Two and half years into this young coaches career.
Hate all you want.
Facts show a winner overall so far.
Get off the bandwagon. Go on. Get.
I'll ride with this HC all year.
I can handle the smoke.

Staley should be enshrined in Balboa Park.
Who could have predicted this level of success 3 years ago?
BTW, Rich Kotite was > 500% as head coach.
I understand he's available.

A good/great QB can get you wins against average and bad teams but it takes a good/great ROSTER to beat the top teams and actually compete. This roster is not good.

But my guess, if Telesco does anything, he will be a buyer, probably TE

He had a winning record in Philly but a terrible record in NY. His record with the Jets was 4-28.
36-28 in Philly

And I get why it might seem harsh to still be sellers today and tomorrow - coming off a W and "hey beat the Jets, all of the sudden 4-4" - but if being honest with themselves, the team is probably not making the playoffs

Here is an UNDISPUTABLE fact: If Herbert is gone this team doesn't win a SINGLE game. That shows how bad the roster is.
Browns, Steelers, and others compete with garbage QBs because their roster is better than people realize. The Bengals have basically a no name defense outside of Hendrickson and are solid.
The Chargers TALENT is mostly in name only.
