What makes you think Telesco's job is in jeopardy? FOr all we know the Spanos love him. The media loves talking about the "TALENT on the Chargers"so it always appears Telesco is good at his job. This roster SUCKS and people are blind.

Here is an UNDISPUTABLE fact: If Herbert is gone this team doesn't win a SINGLE game. That shows how bad the roster is.

Browns, Steelers, and others compete with garbage QBs because their roster is better than people realize. The Bengals have basically a no name defense outside of Hendrickson and are solid.

The Chargers TALENT is mostly in name only.

I would put it that the sum of the talent doesn't measure up to the parts. Meaning maybe individually they have the name recognition but collectively - its not working
That goes back to Telesco and Staley identifying the right players

Not something one would do if this was a prove it year.
