Staley is too focused on the defense, I noticed that alot more this game. He's not the head coach, he is the DC. The Chargers have no head coach right now.

Staley talks about execution - execution is a result of instruction. He’s a horrible instructor apparently as they crap their pants up with greater regularity than the Metamucil spokesman.

I agree. Even in the post-game press conference, it seemed like he was just there to represent the defensive aspect of the team; it was really strange.
