Culture building starts from day one not game #8 in a HC's 2nd season. Winning @ ATL is always welcomed but like i said when they were on that 3 game win streak its about how you win. If the offense doesn't come out firing then my beliefs about Joe not being a quality OC will for real.

I can understand anyone given the opportunity to move up to say; "yes, I can do the job". But without experience (successful) in the NFL, you will fail. It's hard enough with a lot of experience. This blunder is on TT and Spanos. Please don't waste the rest of JH's career. PLEASE!

I've lost faith in Staley, no doubt. And, in the face of all the injuries, with the Chargers bringing in NOBODY at the trade deadline, I'll say this:

If Staley makes the playoffs and wins one playoff game, he should be coach of the year.

But I just can't see that happening from where we sit currently.
