Same with Carr. He played his heart out and that team made the playoffs. But he is not an elite QB and cannot win when it matters most. But then, he is better than a lot of starting NFL QBs on a lot of teams right now.

Bradley turned that defense around. But a new HC will want to bring in his own coordinators and the hot coaches dont play tampa cover 2 all the time.

Mayock cannot make a first round pick to save his life. But he has made some great round 3-4-5 picks and signed some really good FA.

Raiders looking to take a giant step back and blow the whole thing up.

Weak QB class but I'll throw Howell in that group. Denver can have either of them and I'll feel good about it.

Steelers waited too long to get a QB. Maybe Frank Zappa will be the hidden gem for them.......er, I mean Bailey Zappe.

Mayock will be back in time on TV for the draft, and he doesn't need a plane ticket to get there.

I wonder if we’ll hear GMs that get criticized for their picks say “who the fuck is Mayock?” again lol.

Just so we're all on the same page, the GM of the team that beat our team, advancing to the playoff instead of this squad, was fired. The guy who has a record OVER .500 as a GM, was fired.

Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

I think that this is not the year to be looking for a generational QB or RB. The EDGE talent and OT talent is superb.

The Raiders have requested permission from the Patriots to interview inside linebackers coach Jerod Mayo and director of player personnel Dave Ziegler. They also want to talk to Colts assistant G.M. Ed Dodds, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media.

Dodds worked for Al Davis, and been a part of the Patriots personnel department.

                        Carr can't hold Brady's jockstrap.

This is Derek's 8th, now entering his 9th season, of 'turning it around' in Oakland.
