Sounds like Viz will be going to the PS when he clears waivers. Nobody is going to claim a kicker that has missed 5 XPs in 6 games.

Staley likes Viz’s potential and hopefully he gets the mental part down. Hopkins sounds like an upgrade in theory but we’ll see. This is what one WFT fan said in another thread. He did think Hopkins was an upgrade though.

It’s a Staley decision. Telesco has no ties to Viz and reason to keep Viz. Honestly your statement kind of borders on weird conspiracy theory territory. It would be like saying TT didn’t want to draft an OL in the first round because of what happened to Fluker.

Edit: case in point letting go of Bagley and keeping Viz instead. This was a Staley decision.

He’ll probably try to get him on the PS. Viz has a strong leg. He just needs more refinement.

Those actually look like Badgley numbers unfortunately. Not liking the 81% for 40-49. And the 51% for 50+. Luckily Staley is more likely to go for it.
