Where Tillery is truly awful is stopping the run. I don't want to see him on the field unless we're in 2nd-and-long or 3rd-and-long.
We brought in 2 studs to run Staley's DL... SJD and AJ will pay off on 1st down. We will be in situations where Fox and Tillery can come in and play to their strengths as pass rushers.
I will have no problem with Bosa, Fox, Tillery, and Mack on 2nd-long or 3rd-long. If you can bring a LB up over the center to occupy him (even if the LB drops post-snap) and get some 1-on-one's going for those 4 DL... I think you'll see some decent production out of Tillery... who I hate BTW.

I really hope Kelly's new found burst can continue into season. Spiller should come back hopefully hit the ground running as a rookie. I would love 2 see a committment to run the ball to set up the pass more this season.
