Actually, we'd have a better chance of winning if Wiz were to be given his walking papers. Nothing MG does would have prevented PR from throwing into coverage or Wiz calling rotten plays.
The Melvin Gordon Saga - Holdout Over

The only thing would be if he generates more yards in fewer plays, minimizes the exposure of Whiz calling dumb plays and Rivers being in the position to throw dumb. Problem with that is Ekeler is like 5th in the league in combined yards from scrimmage. Top that, buddy.

He's great in the passing game both blocking and catching. And he is very good at protecting the rock. Not elite, but still a top 10 RB.

MG III in 2018 ran with more power.
This was not the same old MG III, after AL flexed his biceps at Mel.
Previously, TPB said the issue was dollars much more than talent level.
It sure sounds like y'all are moving the goalposts.
Prepared to be disappointed, my friends.
MGIII @ RB w/Ekeler @ WR is going to open up our offense.
The Oline won't seem so bad.
Defenses will be spread out now.
We are about to go on a run of consecutive wins.We do not play modern football.

with travis possibly out-he hurt his hip dropping a game tying TD without being touched-we may see Ek in the slot.
