I'm not sure who Pipkins can start ahead of. Tevi and Scott are pretty poor. However, I do think all Pipkins needs is experience and strength to be a serviceable tackle. You can see that he does have the footwork necessary to play that position, more so than for example, Fluker. I think Lynn's comment was more to fire up Tevi and Scott.
