I like the calm matter of fact not too high too low demeanor.
Also like that he doesn't shortcut anything, sets a goal and goes the entire journey. Like coming back to Orgeon his senior year.
Does not show the best touch, feel or mechanics.
But its all about the W...finding ways to win.

He seems to have the high IQ and work ethic. One determining factor IMO is whether he has the mental processing capabilities when bullets are live. This whole not having a QB coach yet is weird to me. It's not like it's something that the FO has been cheap on.
One person had a theory that the QB coach will be determined by which QB they draft. Not sure how much sense that makes. But hopefully it's true and they get someone here to help out Herbert. This is especially key since there's no normal offseason yet.Comment
