It’s interesting. Definitely agree about the nutrition thing in general. Hopefully we get one for this team.

Edit: And people don’t eat meat for a variety of reasons. Some feel bad for animals. Other eat it for nutritional value since meat, especially red meat, has become more processed and unhealthy.

Not kidding, the angel tells Peter to eat meat (Acts 10) and “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”

Also, the Bible tells us that Jesus ate lamb and fish!

Alright back in topic, it would behoove Herbert to get a personal trainer this offseason. Someone who can help him have a good routine to train himself physically and mentally. If the personal trainer happens to be a nutritionist, all the better.

And just to be clear, this is on top of things he did last offseason (and needs to continue) including learning under the new coaches and working with 3DQB.
