You might be surprised, blueman. PFF scores for best at position and best rookie. Lots of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounders here. Even several UDFA's...

The 2019 regular season has come and gone. Here, we highlight the highest-graded players at every position from the 2019 season, plus the top rookie and a surprise from each position.

Exactly what I was thinking... does not hurt to have a developing OT in case of injury.

But that makes my point, round doesn’t matter. Players are found everywhere.

Would u swap your 1st and 2d picks for another teams 4th and 5th?

True. The guys drafted in the past 3-4 drafts should now be in position to earn starting jobs.
This is a deeper than normal class as well.

I see the value in drafting OT @#6. If Simmons & Young are off the board Thomas & Becton are next in my cluster ahead of Brown, Okuda, & Kinlaw.

Sure. I'll give you Ryan Leaf and James Mouton for Charlie Joiner and Kevin Greene.

If you look at the top-half of the 1st round OT's (picks 1-16) from 2013-2018, 13 out 18 of those OT's have a pff score of 70+. That's roughly 72%. OT's in the first half of the draft are pretty safe picks.

I do not disagree with you. I just think if Simmons or Young fall to us then a must. I think QB will be the pick but if we draft Thomas or Becton then I’m good.

                          My order...
                          Wills.
                          Wirfs.
                          Becton.
                          Thomas.
The idea of Tevi staying put and
Bryan Bulaga Iowa playing OLT has not left my mind.
Wills or Wirfs could play OLG,
                          with a future at OT.
                          Feeney to depth,
                          with Lamp, Qberry and Scott,
                          and C of the future.
Pipkins can develop for another year or two,
                          in this case.
                          Flexibility.
We do not play modern football.
