we all know that defies any basic inspection or common sense. No point continuing this silliness.
And again, you've missed my point. In fact, I've stated almost the exact opposite. I hate to waste "valuable forum pages" explaining myself, again... so this time, I'll keep it simple.

    1. All rounds ARE NOT the same. Get your high-impact players (OT's, DE's, and QB's) in the 1st round.
    2. Very FEW MISTAKES have been made on OT's in the first round. (Since 2013)
    3. 70% of 1st round OT's have 70+ pff grades. (Since 2013)
    4. 6% of 2-7 round OT's have 70+ pff grades. (Since 2013)
    5. Later rounds can be used on other positions... RB's, TE's, WR's, LB's, DT's. There is a multitude of players I can list here... but won't.

No cherry picking here. This is cumulative, recent data. Use it if you wish...

    absorb... enjoy...

      Here's some recent data.

Storm Norton was the highest rated pass blocker in the just completed grueling XFL season...
We do not play modern football.

I have a lot of respect for fringe NFLers who get off their asses and play somewhere (XFL or Canada) and work their way back to the NFL

          Go Storm

          P2. Shocking Effort - Eboigbe

And he was able to find an apartment in Los Angeles.

Pipkens has just been put on notice.

Maybe if they call him Storm'n Norton they might trick some ol' time Lakers fans into filling up those seats....

We've all seen teams ride a great DL front 4 to a SB win. Take a shot if he's there for us.
                    Excellent points.
Brugler describes Derrick Brown as having Perenial Pro Bowl potential.
This is Aaron Donald territory, in a different package.
Brown has the rare trait of truly elite anchor + some inside pass rush.
Linval is gonna surprise us too...he's no statue, and he's got plenty left in the tank.
When Derrick Brown starts ragdolling All-Pro Offensive Guards,
                    like Jamal did Alan Faneca,
we will KNOW LAC drafted the right dude.

Derrick Brown is who will fall to @ #6.

You would be well served to listen to TT and study gusD schemes.

TT says Adderley is Safety, Corner and Nickel Linebacker.

                      gusD runs Tampa2 to Cover3.

We want position flexibility in our DBs, to disguise coverages and counteract efforts by opponents to create mismatches.

To answer your question...all of the above...throw away depth charts...positionless defenders.

                      We play modern defensive football.

There...fixed it for 'ya! (in case the Bolts are even thinking of moving Sam to LT)

I'm with you. I believe they'll take Brown.
I'm not sure why so many dont consider DT a bigger need. I think the interior of this Dline is fairly weak.
