There are politics in every work environment
Give Staley time to caress egos
step 1 is earning that trust and respect that granted, should come with your hiring initially, but that's hardly ever the case anywhere
Staley is earning that now with the Spanos clan and Telesco, next season will be a lot more telling of Staley's personnel decisions
I know it hurts to wait that long for some of y'all haha
But patience is vital
Or we can all just be over-reacting to every win or lossChargers vs. Everyone

K9 gets more slack from me because he just started whereas Tillery has had multiple chances to show consistency in SOMETHING other than creating needless penalties.
and if you know me, you know JT was my boy pre and post draft.
I still think he can start in this league, just not convinced it should be with us.Chargers vs. Everyone

At DT, Fehoko has a different role than Tillery. I hope no one around here or at Charger podcasts would try and suggest that we have no need to draft Jordan Davis because...Fehoko.
DT is an expected problem area in switching from Bradley to Staley concepts. New, improved talent and a healthy JJones will be welcomed. SJD looks more plausible with the development of Gaines across town and the LAR cap situation.
Real solutions--not clickbait.
and I owe Pipkins an apology

Could they still get a 3rd round pick for Herbert - maybe throw in Roundtree?

Situational edge rusher on passing downs is the absolute most that should be expected.
Expecting him to set the edge and all that was nuts.
I think i've seen enough from Tillery: his presence on the roster would not affect my free agency/draft decisions.
