                    Carter wasn't squat on a poor Texan squad coached by Bill O'Brian (who loved him) nobody could understand why he was kept on roster then. He moved on to Washington where he looked like a much improved/valued special teams returner with some back-up WR duty. He's looked even better on field with Chargers. Bottom line, for a player who is on the fence, coaches will choose to keep them because of locker room, not as much on field potential.

                      I think Bandy lands on the Jags, won't make it down to the AFCW teams. I doubt he clears waivers.
