Word out of camp today is Pipkins got 100% of the snaps with the first unit at RT. First time it hasn’t been a 50/50 split.

Head coach Brandon Staley gave an update on Spiller on Monday, adding that he is considered week-to-week. He will miss the preseason finale against the Saints this Friday and could miss the season opener against the Raiders.

Sounds like a high ankle sprain to me if it goes on that long. Welcome to the NFL.

I think the writing is on the wall with that one. Also was impressed with him against Dallas compared to Storm Norton, who graded out at an awful 50.8

They commented that it speaks poorly of Brenden Jaimes, that Salyer has come in and supplanted him, like THAT. <snaps fingers>

I think some people forget that Salyer was seen as a 2nd or 3rd round pick in this draft before he dropped due to injury. Not taking anything away from Salyer as he has come in and put in the work required but I don’t think Jaimes is a failed project at this point either.
