I think Deebo on the decline with age and injuries to be the gadget guy he once was and is not a top level downfield receiver...as much as I have always liked himOriginally posted by Fleet 1 View Post
The great way to start the weekend was in regards to Biadasz. And the AJ Brown news was just that. Interest.
Which makes the offseason feel like its starting today. And that excites me.
Just in case you guys were thinking i was floating the idea of trading for Brown. He is a total monster tho.
I think a guy that would be much cheaper and fit perfectly would be Deebo.

Yeah, Deebo has lost a step. I think it’s over for him.Originally posted by CanadianBoltFan View Post

Pierce or Shaheed will open up MM’s playbook.

Of course he is an injury risk lolOriginally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post
Good call out but the health risk is a concern. If he was healthy - -well the Jets probably don't let him walk - they would sign him. He is very good. But the injury concern - not sure Joe can take that risk
That is why you get him on a good deal...and that is why I said he must be signed with a contingency plan....like a decent guard in the draft. Now that we didnt splurge on Linderbaum they can sign 2 FA guards

Especially if it's a 3rd rounder from next year instead of 2026.Originally posted by CanadianBoltFan View Post
QJ and a 2nd i might be able to live with...but not our top 2 picks
Eagles get Quentin Johnston, our 2026 6th round pick and our 2027 3rd round pick.
Chargers get AJ Brown
If the Eagles say no to that just walk away and sign Pierce I guess.

Good point. I love the idea of the player. Guy has skills and if is healthy, you have a heckuva playerOriginally posted by CanadianBoltFan View Post

Just a note - looks like the Chargers tendered Vidal, he was an ERFA - I want to think its like 1.2m
signed Patterson and Williamson to extensions - those two can't cost much - like under $1.5.

I don’t think RW agrees with thatOriginally posted by Icebolt View PostEVERYONE agrees that Justin H. is the most important player and making the OL a huge upgrade.
Is a middling Center and keeping Zion ( who was part of this bad OL )really a huge upgrade ? Unless there is more OL signings ( and good ones ), I'm not impressed. Hortiz, do you have a OL blind spot?Justin Herbert 2026 MVP Watch

Jonathan Greenard is on he trade block
Good player, signed for two years, 18.3m per year, nothing guaranteed
What if you could send Minnesota a 2027 3rd round pick and maybe another pick in 2027 knowing Oweh will get you a 2027 3rd or 4th
Would you make this trade? Deal or No Deal
contingent on Greenard being healthy of course

Exactly. If VT has a healthy year you have a really good guard with better talent than pretty much anyone on the FA market who fits the system perfectly. More ceiling than a David Edwards for less moneyOriginally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post

2027 draft is looking STELLAR. I am really not a fan of trading 2027 picks. That will really suck later. Draft is the life blood...the Hortiz life bloodOriginally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post
