I'm all for forgiveness for mistakes.

A pattern of behavior is not a mistake. It is a pattern.

People in positions of power and responsibility should be held to higher standards.

We can't let a fear of cancel culture prevent accountability culture.

Just like when the Raiders came back to Oakland after LA and all the hype. All fake. Just like the creepy flame to Al Davis in the new stadium.

Lost in the schadenfreude smirks of Gruden’s demise (and who among us isn’t chortling at that asshat’s demise?), the Colts are close to manhandling our next opponent Ravens on MNF.

I’m watching Wentz and he looks like a poor man’s JH10 as he dissects their defense almost at will when he doesn’t fuck up and Wentz it, which he has done his entire career. And I’m thinking … the Real JH10 is going to chew them up and extend his ongoing “First Guy To XXX” string of accolades on Sunday.

I don't get it. I thought all of these traits were prerequisites to work in the Raiders organization.

Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:

              - 69-74 record
              - 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
              - Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
              - 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
              - 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
              - Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
              - Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

There is an epidemic of bad kicking in the NFL.

The one question I have in all this is why were the emails not turned over earlier? Who sat on these until now in my opinion it's near as bad to know this behavior was not isolated to one time and not come forward. Others should see discipline if they knew and did nothing.

                      Once the avalanche starts...

Harvey Weinstein was raping women for years and they were "just sitting on it". Once the first one comes out the rest are more comfortable following.

Plus there's the whole "hey, I think he sent me something like that once, let me go check" thing.

This only happens when it fits narrative these days.
Curious as to why this came out ten years later.
Maybe he questions things that people didn't want questioned.
                        so they buried him.
Maybe not but that seems to be happening.

We shouldn't let fear control alot of things but its happening around the world as we speak.
