Glad to know they are negotiating. Around the first of the year, the word was the team had not reached out to Herbert's people yet about a new contract and I had been wondering.

Jam and others think it's the QB that wins and loses games and Burrow has been to a SB. Other than that, Herb has been better overall.

I don't think it matters which one signs first. If Herb signs first, the Bengals will pay Burrow more if they feel he should get more, or less if they point to Herbert's records and probowls.

$50m a year you better win some fucking games!! Burrow has not only been to a Super Bowl, he won in the playoffs last season as well. He’s got swag. Dude missed an entire season and has won more playoff games than Herbert has played in during his first 3 years. You think Mahomes doesn’t win games? Get real man. QB league. Those guys have supreme confidence and it infects the team. They raise the level of everybody.
