People love Kris Dielman, but are forgetting G Mike Goff. No guard carried a higher grade, as pointed out by SI's Paul Zimmerman, before his stroke. The right pulling guard, signed as a free agent from Cincinnati, as well as Steve Foley, by AJ Smith and run to near-perfection by Marty Schottenheimer.
Can't have the Power Sweep w/o the pulling RG.

The glory days - those Marty teams. Damn
If the Chargers can find a few free agents like that - rock solid pro's. Maybe not pro bowlers - just rock damn solid pro's! The Chargers need to find that kind of Oline again. You give me an Oline like Oben, Dielman, Harwick, Goff and McNeill - thats a winning damn team (I think I have the guys right)
