    That is correct.
Foreman was drafted with the thought of him developing into a starting role.
Comments please on my other salient points.

        None of them.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Such a butthurt kind of comment lol. Lets get over it, he is holding out like players on other teams do .....that we want to acquire like Trent Williams. Many other teams and fans would be happy to have Melvin. The Chargers offered him 10 mil a year and he turned them down. So what happens, happens. He will be back later in the year, im sure of it. Frankly if he comes back week 10 and JJ is doing fine, getting Gordon back will only help our SB run and have fresh legs. And all i care about is getting at least ONE fucking SB win.

Houstons OL was awful last year, they arent giving up anyone of talent to help them at RB.

Yes he did. Like i said, he was never their #1 back and they have never been overly enamoured with Miller either,

A 2nd from Hou for Gordon, flip it to Wash for Williams.
I don't see a second rounder being offered. That plus the contract he wants is too high of a price for any RB IMO, BUT if they lost their minds and did offer it, I would send the movers to MGIII house ASAP. The only way they offer a 2nd would be if we add a player like Jenkins and take Miller and his expiring 6.5MM contract. I would do this in a heartbeat and I am not big on Miller, but I would add him to the RB room for the year and live the 2nd rd p8ck to flip or use next year.

It may not be the RB situation as much as it is the OL situation. Their OL is bad.

Well, some people say that a great position to put Gordon in.

And when they started playing better last season, Gordon's stats got a lot better.

Again, OL is a weakness, but it is not flat out horrible. It is just not where it needs to be (yet).

Houston's OL was just plain bad last year. Offensively they struggled and gave up a lot of hits on Watson. For them to be a legit contender, their OL has to get better. The RB thing may or may not be as big an issue as people say (chicken and the egg situation), but their OL was just bad the last couple of years.

Is Gordon really even that much better than Lamar Miller? In the past 4 years Miller has played in more games and has more rushes for a higher average per carry than Gordon playing behind a bad line. Gordon has better receiving stats than Miller and is 2 years younger but I'm not sure that trade makes much sense as Gordon is not a big upgrade over what they already have in Miller and the cost it will take to get him.
