I think, at a minimum, ownership realizes they need to put up a winner in LA, especially competing for attention with the likes of the Rams, Lakers, Dodgers, hell even the Clippers.

But I wouldn't be surprised if they stick with him. 2 playoff appearances in 7 years and we are hung up on keeping him or not?

7 years is an ETERNITY in the NFL. This dude's resume speaks for itself. Move on.

One of those offspring is not involved with player personnel. Just JohnBoy. The other I think is in advertising, promotions and think he brought back the Powder Blue but not sure on that one.

This is year 9 for Telesco. If they remain outside looking in it will be 2 playoffs in 9 seasons.

1995 - 2003 only had 1 playoff appearance (The Super Bowl hangover post Bobby Ross era)
1983 - 1991 had zero playoff appearances (Late stage and post Don Coryell era)
1969 - 1977 had zero playoff appearances (The post Sid Gilliam era)

The 3 Charger eras worse than the Telesco era.

TT has had a pretty shitty tenure here.Today showed what most of us already knew,we have almost zero depth.TT cannot build a winning roster.Hes had 3 different coaches and damn near a decade to at the VERY least get ONE Div.Title.Still nada.He has got to go.

Ya, but when does Staley’s seat start warming up some? Granted, It’s the same seat TT is making warmer and warmer, but TT is Spanos’ man. The one key factor in a possible divorce is Justin Herbert. It’s worrisome they might not want him to fall on his sword for awhile. That’s been the Spanos’ MO for quite some time now.
