Drew Broyhart of Thehuddlereport.
Which is actually a good draft sight imo but he sure missed on that one. Probably one of those that didn't like his arm angle.
Mike Williams, Jalen Guyton, Donald Parham. All three are coming back. I think this is huge, because, along with Keenan Allen and Austin Ekeler, these guys have been with Herbert for this two years in the league and the familiarity is going to be a big upside going into Herb's year 3. Year three overall, second year in the same system, with WRs Herb has built a rapport with (include Josh Palmer in this mix too). Herbert could easily lead the league in passing and be an MVP candidate, and the Chargers' offense could lead the league.
None of those bad takes is as bad as the guy who thought Rivers would be a bust at QB and his best shot at the NFL was converting to a TE.
Rivers a TE? I never heard that. You have be able to run to play TE; the Rivers waddle was never going to get that done. I do remember pundits opining that VJ should convert to TE early in his career. VJ was too much of a long strider to succeed as a WR, I remember one pundit saying.
